EDMOND, Oklahoma -- Police arrest three men for attempted burglary in Edmond. It happened at a home on Bella Vista Drive on April 15.
According to a police report, 19-year-old Blayke Stephan Ladd rang the doorbell at the home, then opened the screen door and began pounding on the door. After the victim, 62-year-old Charlene Rudebock went to the kitchen, she told police Ladd went to the back door and began banging on the door. Rudebock called 911 and dispatchers told her to lock herself in a room.
When Edmond Police officers arrived, they searched Ladd and two other men with him, 20-year-old Michon Alfred Siah and 20-year-old Quintez Shamar Snell. No weapons were found. However, inside the suspect's car, police found stolen property including 4 assorted GPS units with cords and their bases, a video camera, an I-Pod Touch, and a Nook E-Reader.
The vehicle was impounded by All-City Wrecker Service and the three suspects were all transported to the Edmond jail for booking then sent to the Oklahoma County Jail.
