OKLAHOMA CITY -- The founder and former leader of Feed The Children may be kicked out of the organization for good Thursday. Larry Jones was fired from the Oklahoma-City based charity last year and now he's speaking out. Jones believes the board is about to sever all ties with him.

Jones is still a board member at Feed The Children and the group is holding their annual board meeting Thursday.

Jones has repeatedly tried to stop the meeting without success. Wednesday, he spoke about being forced out of the charity he founded 30 years ago.

"The only thing they're trying to do is smear Larry Jones so that he won't come back to Feed The Children…That's all," said Larry Jones, founder of Feed The Children.

For more than a year, Jones has been at odds with the board of directors of the organization. Both sides have accused the other in legal documents of financial mismanagement.

"What you have here is a group of people who are totally hiding everything that they're doing," Jones said.

The board fired Jones after learning he planted hidden microphones in the offices of top leaders. Jones said his private conversations were being misconstrued and he wanted proof.

"We tried it one time, it didn't work, and secondly it's not unlawful in the state of Oklahoma," Jones said.

The board also accused Jones of having porn in the office and taking bribes. Jones said the source of all the problems is his daughter Larri Sue Jones, who is an employee of Feed the Children. He said it stems from jealousy issues in the home.

"All that's happened at Feed The Children, our daughter's behind it. It saddens us. It breaks our heart. We cannot believe that our own daughter would do this and the way that she's done it," Jones said.

This week Jones asked the Attorney General's office to step in and get an accounting of the finances.

"If the Attorney General doesn't intervene, I'm concerned that the IRS will come and take away Feed The Children's 501C3. There's been enough laws broken and when that happens, that will be the end of Feed The Children," said the charity's founder.

Feed The Children released this statement:

"Larry Jones is just trying to shift the spotlight from his own wrongdoing. Jones was the head of this organization when the wrongdoing that he concocted allegedly occurred."
