LINDSAY, Oklahoma - Multiple arrests have been made in connection to a kidnapping case out of Lindsay, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation spokesperson Jessica Brown said.
On March 24, three men reportedly kidnapped and beat 38-year-old Kelly Bohannon once they had him in a car. While the car was moving, Bohannon jumped out of the moving vehicle in Carter County and the suspects left.
Bohannon recently broke up with his girlfriend, Pamela Jackson, and the breakup is the reason for the kidnapping, according to Brown. Jackson loaned her vehicle to the suspects, 28-year-old John Wayne McKinley, 34-year-old Jeremy Burk and 25-year-old Charlie Foster, to use in the kidnapping. As a result, all four suspects have been charged with kidnapping and assault and battery with great bodily injury, Brown said.
Both McKinley and Burk were arrested, but officials are still searching for Foster.
If anyone sees Foster, they are urged to call either the Garvin County Sheriff's Office at 405-238-7591 or the OSBI at 800-522-8017.
