Suspect Extradited In Tecumseh Teen Case

James Reimer, the 41-year-old man accused of sending sexual text messages and running away with a Tecumseh teen, arrived at the Pott County jail Wednesday night.

SHAWNEE, Oklahoma -- James Reimer, the 41-year-old man accused of sending sexual text messages and running away with a Tecumseh teen, arrived at the Pott County jail Wednesday night.

Reimer was escorted by sheriff's deputies from Washington State where he was found with 14-year-old Debroah Fourzan.

"We had arrangements with Seattle Police Department to meet us there to make sure everything went smooth," said Pottawatomie County Sheriff Michael Booth. "Everything went pretty smooth."

Reimer claimed he was unaware authorities were searching for the him and the teen.

Currently, he's charged with soliciting sexual conduct with a minor, but could face further charges in the future.
