Man faces charges in Bethany attack

BETHANY, Okla. -- Another man has been arrested in what Bethany police call a senseless attack.

David Snyder and two others are now charged with the near-death beating of Jay Johnny Gann.

Police said Gann was beaten after checking on a disturbance at his apartment complex last weekend. Gann's family said even if he is released from the hospital, he'll have to be put into a nursing home for long-term care.
