Couple arrested for child porn, rape

A Broken Arrow couple was arrested last week on a variety of sexual related complaints.

David Howard, 29, and Peterli Howard, 26, reportedly told Broken Arrow Police they picked up a juvenile at her Tahlequah home last month and brought her to their home in Broken Arrow.

Authorities said the couple was arrested on complaints of first degree rape, rape by instrumentation, manufacturing child pornography, procuring a child for indecent acts and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

They were booked into the Tulsa County jail.
