Aryan Brotherhood Member Wanted For Meth Trafficking Violations, U.S. Marshals Say

U.S. Marshals say a face tattoo of the state of Oklahoma should help them catch this Monday's most wanted suspect.

They say Donald Hill, also known as Popeye, is part of the Aryan Brotherhood prison gang. He's on federal probation, wanted for meth trafficking violations.

Marshals say Hill is a free-lance tattoo artist with ties to the Oakhurst area of Tulsa and Creek Counties.
