Homeowners Put Christmas Tree In Pothole, Sing Carols To Get City's Attention
<p>Neighbors gathered on Archwood Drive in Atlanta to celebrate the first annual caroling for a cause. They wrote their own lyrics about a Christmas tree in a pothole.
