A Tulsa man is in jail after police say he is suspected of shooting his father in the back Wednesday evening.
Police say Zachary Larry shot at his father and brother because they were quote "getting on to him" and he "had enough."
Zachary Larry, who is 26, is in the Tulsa County jail facing two complaints of shooting with intent to kill.
Larry's father, who was shot in the back is expected to be OK. Police say the brother tried to step in to try and help and that is when they say Zachary Larry is also suspected of shooting at him too.
It all happened at about 9 p.m.
"Officers responded to the scene, located the suspect of the shooting, we secured the residence where we believe it occurred and at this point we don't believe there is any continuing threat to the people in the neighborhood," said Tulsa Police Captain Malcolm Wightman.
A check of Tulsa County court records show Zachary Larry has a previous charge of burglary. Those records show he is still on probation.
