Oklahoma Highway Patrol troopers arrest a suspected DUI Tulsa driver after they say he lost control of his pickup truck and nearly crashed into a gas pump.
The driver, 25-year-old Christopher Galvin, according to his arrest report, crashed into the pole because he was doing donuts in the store's parking lot.
EZ Mart store employees are cleaning up the rest of the trash and debris that littered the ground near the gas pump outside the store in the 6100 block of West 41st Street.
Troopers say after they handcuffed Galvin, he yelled at customers, threatening them and calling them racial slurs.
The OHP took him to the hospital and when doctors asked him how much he had to drink, he told them, "too much."
Fortunately, no one was hurt in the crash.
The OHP booked Christopher Galvin into the Tulsa County jail on complaints including DUI and reckless driving.
