Multiple witnesses have testified that they they saw Deonte Green commit those crimes, including an 81-year-old woman who says Green raped her. And the wife of a Broken Arrow school teacher says Green killed her husband.
The defense argues that the witnesses may not have been able to see Green's face clearly since he was wearing a hoodie.
According to court documents, Green's jury trial is set for April 2019.
