Man Accused Of Killing Stepfather Moved To Rogers Co. Jail

A Bixby man accused of murdering his stepfather is in the Rogers County Jail.

Kevin Foster was brought to the jail from Tulsa County where he's been since his arrest 11 days ago. Investigators say Foster shot and killed Ricky Swan, then burned his body.

They say Foster and Swan had been in a feud for years and were set to both be in court the day Swan was killed. Swan's attorney said the feud mainly concerned money and property.
