Two Pipe Bombs Found Beside Pushmataha County Highway

Deputies are investigating after workers found two pipe bombs along a highway in Pushmataha County this week.

Sheriff BJ Hedgecock posted some photos of the devices on his Facebook page.

He says a trash crew came across them along Highway 2 near the Latimer County line.

Deputies called the Oklahoma Highway Patrol's bomb squad, who confirmed the two items were indeed pipe bombs and then destroyed them.
