The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says a Bartlesville man died in a crash on Highway 169 north of Collinsville early Monday.
He is identified as 30-year-old Tylor Thomas.
Troopers say the crash happened just after 1:30 a.m. in the northbound lanes between Oologah and Collinsville in Rogers County.
In their report, the OHP says Thomas was driving a 2008 Honda Odyssey when he struck the back of a 1998 GMC Sierra pickup at a high rate of speed. After hitting the pickup, the van left the highway, struck a guardrail which caused the van to roll over a number of times.
The OHP says Thomas was thrown from the van.
Two passengers in the Honda, 23-year-old Kaylynn Viles and 47-year-old Melissa Green, both from Bartlesville were injured. Viles was treated and released, while Green was admitted in critical condition to a Tulsa hospital.
The OHP says the driver of the pickup, 48-year-old Terry Davis of Collinsville was treated and released at the scene for some minor injuries.
