The chef behind two successful, high-end restaurants in St. Louis is planning to open a new seafood restaurant in downtown Tulsa.
Chef Kevin Nashan's restaurants have been a part of St. Louis dining for decades.
Nashan said he plans to bring the seafood-based Peacemaker concept to the Blue Dome District, opening sometime this fall.
