Police Look To ID Person Of Interest In Owasso Shoplifting Investigation

Police need help identifying a person of interest in a shoplifting case.

The Owasso Police Department posted a surveillance photo of a man on their Facebook page, who allegedly stole items from the Kohl's store on May 18th.
