The city of Norman agreed to settle a lawsuit concerning surveillance video of former OU football player Joe Mixon hitting a woman at a restaurant.

The city will allegedly pay $60,000 in attorneys' fees.

The Oklahoma Association of Broadcasters sued the city over its refusal to release surveillance video of the incident.

The Oklahoma Supreme Court eventually ordered that the video be released.

Mixon has apologized for the incident and now plays in the NFL for the Cincinnati Bengals.
