Tulsa Woman After Arrest: 'I Should Have Killed Her'

54-year-old Dora Adams was arrested after police said she assaulted a woman Sunday morning near Independence and Elgin then took her phone.

According to the arrest report, Adams gave police the victim’s phone at the jail and told them, "I didn't assault her, I should have killed her."
