Widow Of Man Killed By Police Files Lawsuit Against City

The widow of a man killed by police has filed a lawsuit against the City of Tulsa.

Officers shot and killed Mark Kelley in 2014.

Police said Kelly had stabbed himself and refused to drop the knife when officers arrived, then came at officers.

Rosealee Kelley's lawsuit says the officers were negligent.

She’s asking for economic and emotional damages.
