Man Shot By Tulsa Homeowner Dies Of Wounds

A shooting victim has become Tulsa's 69th homicide of the year. Tulsa police said Francis White, who was wounded in the 2200 block of North New Haven October 30, 2016, died of his wounds.

Homicide Sergeant Dave Walker said White was at a gathering of friends when he was asked to leave. He called the home owner threatening to shoot up the house and returned around 1:30 a.m. with a gun.

White pointed the gun at the homeowner who had armed himself and shot White several times. The homeowner has not been charged with White's death at this point, Walker said.
