Thousands Take Part In Tulsa Federal Credit Union Tulsa Run

Runners flooded downtown streets for the annual Tulsa Federal Credit Union Tulsa Run Saturday morning.

The Tulsa Sports Commission says 7,000 people were expected at the race events, including both runners and other participants.

This is the 15K run's 39th year and it's one of the area's most iconic foot races.

Police say because of the Tulsa Run, a number of downtown Tulsa streets were blocked off and traffic restricted across the downtown area.
