The City of Broken Arrow has launched a new digital service called 'Action Center - Broken Arrow' that makes it easy for residents to report non-emergency issues.

The city partnered with SeeClickFix to create the app to make it easier to report potholes, streetlight outages and other concerns through mobile devices or computers.

The digital service allows residents to provide city staff with pictures, videos, specific descriptions, and more, the City of Broken Arrow said in a news release.

The SeeClickFix platform also provides the city with a centralized issue management system to manage issues from creation to resolution, engaging Broken Arrow citizens throughout the process.

“Action Center - Broken Arrow is an incredible new tool to help the community and City Hall more effectively address non-emergency, day-to-day concerns,” said City Manager Michael Spurgeon. “While it will not replace traditional contact with employees, it will give citizens another option to report non-emergency issues when it’s convenient for them, not just when City Hall is open.”

The service also allows citizens to view, comment on, and vote to fix problems submitted by their neighbors.

Residents also have the ability to create their own “watch areas” to receive notifications about all the issues reported in their community, enabling them to follow the progress of all service requests, not just the ones they report.

The Action Center – Broken Arrow mobile app is available for download on Android and iPhone . In addition to the mobile apps, citizens can send reports online through ActionCenterBA.com.

The city also launched a promotional video for the digital service.
