Tulsa Police have arrested a 19-year-old man after an early morning crash that killed one man and forced them to close the northbound lanes of Highway 75 just north of Interstate 44 early Tuesday.
Tsakururetahkats Shawnee was arrested on complaints of first-degree manslaughter, leaving the scene of an accident that caused injury or death, first offense DUI, possession of a controlled and dangerous substance and possession of marijuana, according to Tulsa County arrest records.
