The Northern Oklahoma Violent Crimes Task Force arrested a wanted suspect at a Tulsa apartment complex Thursday.
They arrested Dominic Marshall for shooting with intent to kill and other charges.
Investigators say in August, Marshall and his cousin, Marquis, shot two women they were dating at a home on East Latimer Place.
