Man Convicted In Death Of Owasso Infant

A jury convicted Brandon Nordstedt in the 2015 death of an Owasso infant.

The jury recommended he serve life without parole in the death of Emmy O’Rourke.

Owasso police say Nordstedt was alone with the child on June 11, 2015 when paramedics arrived to find the child unresponsive.

According to court documents, the child died from a brain injury.

U.S. Marshals arrested Nordstedt in August in Hutchinson, Kansas and returned him to Oklahoma.
