'The Outsiders' Special Movie Showing Attracts Dozens

On Sunday afternoon, people gathered for a special showing of "The Outsiders" movie.

Dozens got the chance to see two of the film's stars up close during a question and answer session.

Actors C. Thomas Howell and Darren Dalton are in Tulsa.

"Here at Circle Cinema where I walked out 35 years ago, stepped into the sunlight with two things on my mind, I'm here to do it all again 35 years later,” said Howell.

Dalton says their return to Tulsa is "a little bit like coming home.”

“Right when we arrived, we passed the park and drove past the house,” he said. “We drove past some of these places.”

Sunday was the last event of a three-day fundraiser for the restoration of "The Outsiders" House.
