On Friday afternoon, the McIntosh County Sheriff's Office requested OSBI investigative and crime scene special agents investigate a homicide at 111210 4018 Road in Henryetta.

Police say, a neighbor found Floyd Hathcoat, 73, dead inside his home Friday morning and then alerted deputies.

Once special agents and deputies gained entrance into the house with a search warrant, they say they found a second body.

Police say that man has not yet been positively identified.

Special agents are currently working the case as a double homicide.

Police are searching for Christopher Hathcoat, 38, who was recently released from prison and they say is a suspect. He was last seen driving a 2001 Dodge pickup with the license plate 947-gku. If you see him, call the police.

This story will be updated as more details become available.
