A man accused of robbing a Bixby credit union with his two-year-old daughter in the SUV pleaded guilty Monday.

Joshua Graston, 34, pleaded guilty to robbery and child neglect charges.

Bixby and Tulsa police officers arrested Graston in May at a hotel in the 2800 block of East 51st Street. They said he had robbed the Western Sun Federal Credit Union at 117th and Memorial that morning.

Police said at the time Graston's wife was in the hotel room and had no knowledge of what he had done. Officers said he robbed the bank because his family had fallen on hard times.

He's set to be sentenced on September 7, 2016.
