Tulsa Mechanics Find Bricks Of Cocaine On American Airlines Jet

The Drug Enforcement Agency is investigating how a shipment of cocaine got onto an American Airlines plane brought to Tulsa International Airport for routine maintenance.

American Airlines mechanics found ten blocks of the drugs hidden on the Boeing 757.

They called the Tulsa County Sheriff's Office, which, in turn, called federal authorities. They said the total weight of the drugs found was just over 26 pounds.

The investigation is continuing. No arrests have been reported at this time.
