Flooding is once again causing problems for drivers on the south side of Muskogee.
It's the same location that flooded earlier this month.

Heavy rains overnight have caused water to rise in several Muskogee neighborhoods on South York and Smith Ferry roads. No word yet if any homes in the area are threatened by the rising water.
The state Department of Transportation says three highways in eastern Oklahoma are also closed due to high water. Highway 80 between Highway 51 and Highway 62 is closed because of five feet of water across the road.
In Okmulgee County, Highway 62 east of Morris is closed as are a number of county roads including Sharp Road west of Madison, Dentonville Road south of Highway 16, Ash Road south of Okmulgee and Skyline Drive and Prairie Bell Road north of Highway 62.
And Highway 16 in Wagoner County is closed about four miles south of Wagoner because of water across the road
