Oklahoma Governor To Tour Tulsa County Tornado Damage

Thursday afternoon Governor Mary Fallin along with state emergency management and local officials will survey damage caused by a tornado Wednesday evening near Sand Springs.The governor plans to tour damage at the River Oaks mobile home park on 145 West Avenue.The governor will be joined by Oklahoma Emergency Management Director Albert Ashwood, Oklahoma Insurance Commissioner John Doak as well as Tulsa County and Sand Springs officials and Sand Springs first responders.

Thursday afternoon Governor Mary Fallin along with state emergency management and local officials will survey damage caused by a tornado Wednesday evening near Sand Springs.

The governor plans to tour damage at the River Oaks mobile home park on 145 West Avenue at about 2:30 p.m. She toured damage in Moore Thursday morning.

Fallin will be joined by Oklahoma Emergency Management Director Albert Ashwood, Oklahoma Insurance Commissioner John Doak as well as Tulsa County and Sand Springs officials and Sand Springs first responders.
