Tulsa Woman Arrested For DUI After Wreck With Police Car

A Tulsa woman was arrested for DUI after a collision with a Tulsa Police police car late Monday. Joyce Darlene O'Donnell was booked on a complaint of misdemeanor driving under the influence.

The arresting officer said he was called to an accident involving a police vehicle at about 10:30 p.m. in the 900 block of South Sheridan Road. O'Donnell was in an SUV, and police say she smelled of alcohol and lost her balance as she got out of her vehicle.

She told police she'd had a few mixed drinks at a bar across the street, according to the arrest report.

The 65-year-old O'Donnell had a blood alcohol content of .11 percent, police say.
