New developments on Friday in a murder case that's more than 20 years old. Grover Prewitt, accused as an accessory to the murders of two women and a 6-year-old girl, has given up his right to a preliminary hearing.

Court records show Prewitt admitted to filling in a hole with dirt on family property in Pawnee County after relatives asked him to in 1992.

Investigators say Prewitt led them to that spot last spring, where a forensics team unearthed the remains of the trio.

Prewitt's sister, Beverly Noe, is charged with murders. Her next hearing is scheduled for December and she remains jailed without bond. Prewitt has been free on bond since last fall.
