COPY-Ron Peters To Be Sworn In As Tulsa County Commissioner

Ron Peters, newly elected as District 3 Tulsa County Commissioner, will be sworn into that office Monday. Peters will take his oath of office before the regularly scheduled County Commisioners meeting at 9:30 a.m.

Peters replaces Fred Perry who retired this summer.

Peters has a Bachelor's Degree in business from the University of Tulsa and has done post-graduate work in management, according to his web site. He has done volunteer work for the Parent Child Center of Tulsa, Hospice of Green Country and other organizations.

The third district includes a section of midtown and south Tulsa as well as the south Tulsa County including Jenks, Glenpool and Bixby.
