A Collinsville man and an Ada woman are dead after a crash near the town of Roff in Pontotoc County Tuesday evening.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol report says Boyd Bolin, 47, was driving a pickup northbound on Highway 1 at 5:32 p.m. when the wreck happened.

The OHP says a 2009 Ford Fusion headed the other direction crossed the center line and hit a trailer being pulled by a GMC pickup, then struck Bolin's car head-on.

Troopers say Bolin died at the scene from massive injuries.

The driver of the southbound car, Lauren Hatton, 22, of Ada and her passenger, 2-month-old Tyton Hatton, were taken to a Purcell hospital where Hatton died.

The driver of the GMC pickup, Jarrod Newby, 28, of Ada was not injured.

The OHP says the baby in Hatton's car was in a child restraint and Hatton was wearing a seat belt, but no one in the other two vehicles was.

Troopers say they don't know why Hatton crossed the center line.
