Some of Oklahoma's Own are back home after getting stranded overseas.

Over 200 music students from Bartlesville High School traveled to Ireland over spring break.

Most made it home on time, but an airline worker strike forced 24 students to stay five more days in Europe.

"I was actually really pumped. A lot of people weren't. I was, because I really like traveling and I like exploring, so it was really a lot of fun," said student Blake Holcombe.

The students used the extra time to sightsee. Trip insurance helped cover the extra costs.
