A Tulsa County District Court judge decided Tuesday that there is enough evidence to put a Tulsa police officer on trial.
Marvin Blades, Jr. is accused of stealing money from Hispanic drivers during traffic stops.
He was arrested in August after he pulled over a narcotics officer in an undercover sting, who said Blades took $600 in marked bills from his wallet.
Blades is charged with five counts of robbery with a firearm, but jurors could also consider extortion charges, instead.
Blades goes back to court next Monday.
