Police say they've arrested an Illinois man with detailed plans to burn down every church in Miami, Oklahoma.

Gregory Arthur Weiler, II, is being held without bond in an Ottawa County jail.

Court documents show Weiler is being charged with violation of the Oklahoma anti-terrorism act and threat to use explosive, incendiary device, simulated bomb to damage or injure persons or property.

Read the probable cause affidavit filed in the Ottawa County District Court.

According to the probable cause affidavit, Weiler had a list of the 48 churches in Miami and plotted them each on a hand-drawn map.

Police say the map included details of which nights the churches were occupied, and how many people would be there.

Officers found a duffle bag, filled with 50 glass bottles, a gas can, a funnel, and a recipe for Molotov cocktails in or near Weiler's Miami motel room.

Investigators say Weiler had detailed his plans in a journal to remove "church buildings from U.S. a tiny bit at a time."
