Arrest Warrant Issued In Delaware County Murder

A first degree murder arrest warrant has been issued for a 56-year-old Delaware County man in connection with the shooting death of a woman on September 21, 2011.

GROVE, Oklahoma -- A first degree murder arrest warrant has been issued for a 56-year-old Delaware County man in connection with the shooting death of a woman last week.

The shooting occurred outside a travel trailer near Honey Creek in rural Delaware County in the early morning hours of Wednesday, September 21st.

The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation believes Leonard Quallate shot and killed 52-year-old Gregory Serage as she was helping move items from his trailer.

Quallate is described as white, 5'8", 156 pounds with brown hair and eyes. He was last seen wearing blue jeans and a blue shirt.

The OSBI says Quallate should be considered armed and dangerous. If you spot him, you should call 911.
