DUNCAN, Oklahoma -- Duncan defensive back Dominique Petties, who was ruled ineligible this season by the OSSAA, committed to the Arizona Wildcats Monday morning.

The 6-foot 1-inch, 210-pound athlete played defensive back for the Demons and will play either play linebacker or defensive back in Tucson.

A transcript issue sidelined Petties this season after he had already participated in three games for Duncan.

Petties had offers from at least nine schools, including Oklahoma and Oklahoma State, but decided Monday morning that he would play his college ball for the Wildcats.
