SAND SPRINGS, Oklahoma – The Sand Springs Sandites almost pulled a shocker, but fell 34-29 to Enid on Friday.
Sand Springs, who remained winless on the season, held tight the entire game, trailing 24-21 at one point.
Enid, which improved to 5-1 this year, will host Bixby at home next week. The Sandites (0-6) will head to Bartlesville.
