NORMAN, Oklahoma -- The Oklahoma Sooners will continue their season without wide receiver Dejuan Miller.
The junior tore the Meniscus in his right knee in the team’s Tuesday practice and will undergo surgery. Scott Anderson, OU’s head athletic trainer, said the anticipated recovery time for Miller is five months.
Dejuan Miller, who is ranked No. 4 on the team, saw playing time in each of the Sooners’ six games, racking up 15 catches for 199 yards.
The Sooners wide receiver coach Jay Norvell said Cameron Kenney will replace Miller. Kenney is ranked just below Miller, at No. 5. He has nine catches for 125 yards and one touchdown.
