TAMPA BAY, Florida -- The Oklahoma City Yard Dawgz fell 50-48 to the Tampa Bay Storm Saturday night.
Yard Dawgz quarterback Tommy Grady threw four touchdowns on 18-of-36 passing. Timon Marshall and Anthony Hines each caught two touchdowns.
Tampa Bay grinded down Oklahoma City, having possessed the ball nearly nine minutes more than the Yard Dawgz. The Storm also outgained the Dawgz on the ground amassing 42 rushing yards to OKC’s 20.
Brett Dietz threw six touchdown passes for the Storm but had two interceptions. Hank Edwards hauled in four scored while gaining 102 yards on nine receptions.
Oklahoma City hits the road again next week to take on Arizona at 7:30 p.m. Friday.
