Tulsa Golden Hurricane Tab Starting QB

NEW ORLEANS -- The Tulsa Golden Hurricane have their man. G.J. Kinne was named the starting quarterback for the team’s first game against Tulane. The sophomore beat out junior Jacob Bower and true freshman Shavodrick Beaver. Kinne sat out last season after transferring from the University of Texas. He will throw his first collegiate pass Friday against the Green Wave.
