KELLYVILLE, Oklahoma -- A Sapulpa man is dead after he crashes his truck in Creek County early Thursday morning.
The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says 41-year-old Dean Johnson was north on the Slick-Kellyville road, when his truck left the roadway and struck a tree.
Troopers say Johnson was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Kellyville Fire Department had to use the 'Jaws of Life' to extricate Dean's body from the wreckage.
