TULSA, Oklahoma -- The former superintendent of Skiatook Public Schools waived his right to a preliminary hearing Monday.
Dr. Gary Johnson is charged with one count each of embezzlement and bribery of a public official following grand jury indictments issued last year.
Johnson is now set for arraignment in Tulsa County District Court on March 30, 2011.
