Four Charged In Muskogee Drive-By Shootings

Police said 22-year-old Jamario Hill, 24-year-old Allyn Chatman, 28-year-old Eddie Ray Maxwell and 20-year-old Megan Wadley are charged with shooting with intent to kill after two drive by shootings in Muskogee Tuesday night.

MUSKOGEE, Oklahoma – Four people have been charged in connection with two drive-by shootings in Muskogee Tuesday night, Muskogee Police said.

Police said 22-year-old Jamario Hill, 28-year-old Eddie Ray Maxwell, 24-year-old Allyn Chatman and 20-year-old Megan Wadley are charged with shooting with intent to kill. Hill is also charged with attempting to elude police and running a road block.

Police said the suspects fired shots into a resident in the 1300 block of Fredonia Street about 10 p.m. Tuesday night, injuring Harold Leon Anderson. Anderson was transported to the hospital with non life-threatening injuries. Four other people were in the home, including three children, ages 2, 3, and 7. They were not injured.

Police said the suspects also fired shots into a home in the 2600 block of Carolyn a short time later. Three people were inside the home at the time, but were not injured.

Officers spotted the suspects' vehicle nearby, where a pursuit followed. All four suspects were eventually taken into custody in the 2300 block of Topeka.
