TULSA, OK -- New developments in the murder trial of a Tulsa teen.
Tuesday, a state Criminal Appeals Court ruled 17-year-old Theo Fleming will be tried as an adult for the shooting death of Kaitlyn Finnegan.
Finnegan was just a month shy of her high school graduation when she was shot in the chest at a party last spring.

Fleming is charged with second degree murder. His attorney says the shooting was an accident.
