Sand Springs School Welcomes 70 New U.S. Citizens

SAND SPRINGS, OK -- About 70 new citizens participated in a naturalization ceremony at a Sand Springs elementary school Wednesday morning. 

Along with students, family, friends and three federal judges, the citizens held up their right hands and took the oath. 

The ceremony was held at Angus Valley Elementary School.   

Part of the ceremony included the 4th and 5th grade choir singing "America" and "The Star Spangled Banner."
