WASHINGTON, D.C. -- The U.S. House of Representatives on Tuesday honored the life of Wayman Lawrence Tisdale in a resolution approved by the entire House.

House resolution #469 expressed the condolences of the House of Representatives on Tisdale's passing last month.
Tisdale, a former OU three-time All American and NBA veteran, lost his two-year battle with cancer May 15, 2009 at the age of 44.
